School Attendance System Introduction:
This school attendance system is able to automatically send the real-time notifications to student parents via SMS or App messages when the student get in or get out of the school campus. The system will record the students' attendance when the student goes through the school gate as long as the student carries the 2.4G-RFID card. No need fingerprints, scanning or swiping cards. All the student access data will be recorded in the server, also the access data could be inquired by the school administrators or parents on the management platform.

2.4G RFID Card
This 2.4G RFID card has lithium batteries inside. Include a 13.56MHz chip and an active 2.4G RFID chip. Send the active 2.4G RFID signals every 800ms. Only one percent radiation of mobile phones, no radiation damage to human body.
2.4G-RFID Card Parameters:
- The card included 13.56MHz ID/IC/CPU and active 2.4G RFID, able to make phone call, send SMS when insert the intelligent terminal
- Use lithium battery, service life of card is 3-5 years
- Use ISM microwave 2400-2483.5 MHz global frequency band
- Working channel 2.451 GHz
- Bandwidth is less than 2 MHz
- Data transmission speed is 1 Mb/s
- Signal modulation mode is GFSK
- IP6 waterproof
- Ultrasound sealing
- Using proprietary encryption algorithm and authentication mechanism to ensure data security and prevent link eavesdropping and data cracking.
Long-Distance 2.4G RFID Reader:
The long-distance 2.4G RFID readers will be installed in front of the school gate to receive the RFID signal from the students' RFID cards. The distance of the RFID reader is between 0-100 meters, 500+ RFID cards could be recognized in 20 seconds. All the attendance data will be sent to intelligent terminal.
Long-Distance 2.4G RFID Reader Parameters:
- The attendance could be recorded when the active 2.4G-RFID cards go through the detection area.
- Able to detect over 500 2.4G-RFID cards in 20~ seconds
- Detection range: 0~100 m
- Frequency: 2400-2482MHz
- Attenuation: 0~31dbm
- Antenna gain: 14~16DBI
- API: RS485
- Use 9VDC power supply and rechargeable battery power. Able to be used for 12 hours, if the power is off
Intelligent Terminal:
The intelligent terminal is responsible to transmit the attendance data to the server by 2G/3G/4G network. Further, each student is able to use the RFID card to make the phone call on the intelligent terminal
Intelligent Terminal Parameters:
- The use of GPRS (or CDMA 1X or 4G-LTE) industrial module design, in line with the Ministry of Industry and operators promulgated by the relevant technical specifications.
- Install around school gate, connect with long-distance 2.4G-RFID readers.
- Send the attendance data of the students through the GPRS (or CDMA 1X or 4G-LTE) to the school management platform.
- Able to detect over 500 2.4G-RFID cards in 20~ seconds.
- Able to store 8000 users' information.
- Able to cache 12, 000 attendance records when disconnected.
- Use 220VAC/9VDC switching power supply and rechargeable battery power. Able to be used for 12 hours, if the power is off.
Software Introduction:
Management Platform: The school management platform comes essential functions such as students/teacher/worker management, permissions management, grades management, SMS management, system logging and the ability to inquire the attendance data of the school students, teachers and workers. Also able to manage the whole school SMS and App notifications or students exam grade, school performance to students parents. Customers could visit the platform on their own PC.
